It might be the best pillow on earth.

And the custom pillowcase that fits it might be the worst bedding purchase I've ever made.

That's exactly what I emailed the folks at Honeydew Sleep after spending 15-minutes trying to unjam a jammed zipper.

My expectations of a reply were suitably muted - after all, the quality of customer service these days is, how shall we say, freaking abominable.

So to receive a reply in under 3-hours was darn impressive.

To have that reply come from the owner of the company spoke volumes.

Reading the solution he offered both delighted me and caused me to tell others:

refund the original purchase
send TWO replacements at no cost.

Clearly he understands that the bar to upping your MQ-Memorability Quotient® is set darn low these days, and he opted to jump WAY over it.

Maybe his company's product is as their tag line suggests: The Perfect Place To Rest Your Melon.
