The introverted extroverted wholesaler

Raise your hand if, perhaps secretly, you are an introvert. 

Yes, you're a wholesaler - a creature that, by alleged definition, is the consummate outgoing, life of the party, extrovert. 

Truth be told, even though I am completely comfortable taking center stage in front of any size audience, I am an introvert. 

Or am I?

Or are you?

At the University of Pennsylvania, Professor Adam Grant conducted research around the effectiveness of top sales professionals. 

His findings revealed that the best performers were a mix of both introvert and extrovert. 

They were Ambiverts. 

Turns out that Ambiverts ask better questions. 

Are better listeners. 

And form better relationships.
