It was in the 'before' times.
 
Before work-from-home.
 
Before advisor access restrictions.
 
Before, well, you know.
 
We did a survey in 2019 (aka 'before') asking, what motivates you to be a high performing wholesaler?
 
Back then, 47% said that money was their primary driver.
 
The comments included:
 
“Financial Independence motivates me. Not things. As I get closer to financial independence, more things that would bother me in the past just roll off my shoulders.” 
 
"I like making money, and I am passionate about this business, latter creates the former."
 
I can't help but be curious to know if that's changed (and I'll share the findings with you).
 
So, here in the 'after' times, we ask:
