Extreme tire kicking

That best describes my approach to my own portfolio over the last 35 years.

Until this month.

For a host of really good reasons, I've hired an RIA.

As you might imagine, this entailed some extreme tire kicking.

My screens included evaluating their:
  • holistic portfolio approach
  • asset selection
  • fees
just to name a few of many on a loooong list.

When I wrote the email to notify them of my intentions to sign on, I included the following:

"I place tremendous value on communicationtimeliness/sense of urgencytransparency of information, and follow-through."

Attributes, that for me, define extraordinary RIAs.

And extraordinary wholesalers.
