Over our last decade of coaching, that's the number of clients that list some form of exercise as a goal when completing their Quarterly Success Plan.

As well they (and you) should, given the demands, stress, and sedentary aspects of the job.

The age-old challenge is: how do you make the goal a habit?

Enter Wharton behavioral economist Professor Katy Milkman and her work in Temptation Bundling.

In short, her studies have found that when tasks/activities you're prone to skip are bundled with things you enjoy doing, those tasks/activities more frequently get accomplished.

For example, daily exercise is my personal requirement as it always make me feel better, both physically and emotionally.

And I listen to a ton of podcasts.

But I only listen to podcasts while exercising.

Temptation Bundling has me looking forward to working out so I can listen to my favorite shows.
