The words made me do a double-take.

Because when the wholesaler said, "Thank goodness for COVID,” my head almost exploded.

When I asked him to elaborate, he said he appreciates getting closer to his two kids (age 5 and 3) versus his before-times 4-day per week travel schedule.

Another client admitted she had neglected COIs in her territory.

Seeking to remedy that (and feeling a bit sheepish), she crafted an email to them that 1) spoke of the introspection she had been afforded during this time, 2) apologized for the oversight, and 3) asked for a meeting.

Hit reply and let me know.
