We were debriefing his progress.

I commented to my coaching client that he'd really done a fine job of aligning his best intentions with his best practices.

And that’s the thing with great wholesalers versus the typical wholesalers.

The typical wholesaler fills his/her vocabulary with words like: While the great wholesaler fills her/his vocabulary with three powerful words: Each of us has grand ideas about our practices that are borne out of our best intentions.

One powerful character trait of the great wholesaler is that they seek out ways to transform intentions into best practices.

The great wholesaler also understands which of their best intentions should be acted upon and which should be put on the back burner.

Because while they have no shortage of ideas, they (like all of us) do have a shortage of bandwidth.

Are you working in a should, might, them wholesaling practice?

Or are you laser focused on I, can, will?
