What’s the next phone call you need to make?

What’s the next appointment you need schedule?

What’s the next travel arrangement you need to book?

What’s the next dinner reservation you need to handle?

What’s the next literature order you need to coordinate?

What’s the next advisor presentation you need to review?

Next, next, next, next, next...

Our 'next' mindset prevents us from being reflective, because as soon as we walk out of an appointment our focus shifts to what’s next.

Take my 60 second challenge: 

The next time you come out of an advisor appointment, take 60 seconds after you clear the threshold of the advisor’s office, but before you get in the car, on the train, or in an Uber.

In those 60 seconds, think to yourself, “Wow, that appointment was one of the better appointments I’ve done this week. What was it that made that appointment so good?”

Or, “What in the hell just happened in there? That was horrible.” 

One of the Millionaire Wholesalers said, "We need to spend more quiet time to think about what we need to achieve".

Think about that for 60 seconds.
