Central Casting's wholesaler

The bearded, tatted-up bartender in the dive bar.
Your pilot that looked like an airline recruitment poster.
Frankie, the Hilton shuttle bus driver, who belonged on the set of Goodfellas.
Each could have been "straight out of Central Casting".
More than just an expression, Central Casting has been around since 1925 and serves one purpose: to provide the right background actors (aka extras) to film and TV productions.
Many of these 100,000 registered actors do this non-speaking work in the hopes of getting noticed by a producer who may actually give them a line and ignite their career.
And it happens, though rarely.
In fact Brad Pitt, Renee Zellweger and Sly Stallone all managed to swim out of the sea of extras sameness.
It's the same with wholesalers.
Too many will play the role of extra during their career.
Apparently content to work in the unassuming background.
Never reaching leading woman/man status and spending their careers in sales obscurity.
Great wholesalers tenaciously work on their craft, launch out of Central Casting and grab the starring roles in their firms.
