And yet, metaphorically, some of the most successful wholesalers in North America have no shoes.
They earn a ton of money, have the net worth of the Top 1%, yet they have simply neglected to plan for the unforeseen: extended illness, disability and, heaven forbid, death.
So, this week is a community service message: stop telling yourself how busy you are or how you'll get around to it soon.
Get a referral to an estate planning attorney and put your plan (living trust, financial power of attorney, advance healthcare directive, etc.) in place.
